The unique kitchen/diner from the luxury Italian brand Zampieri is fully equipped with high-quality appliances from NEFF. At the rear, you have access to the backyard (40 m2) through a high-quality sliding door, where you can enjoy the sun all afternoon and evening. Surroundings
The Kea Boumanstraat in the Sportheldenbuurt is a wide, quiet street on the bustling Zeeburgereiland, located within the A-10 ring road. The view is truly breathtaking: on the left you look over the IJ towards Schellingwoude and the Oranjesluizen, while on the other side the rural areas around the city are visible, including the Stompetoren of Ransdorp and the picturesque contours of Durgerdam. On the right is the IJmeer. Ships of all shapes and sizes sail past in front of the door, while the green dike with trees and reed beds is used by walkers and athletes.
The neighborhood has a social, safe atmosphere with an active residents WhatsApp group. Children play outside a lot, there are picnic tables and there is an annual neighborhood BBQ. The nearby Sluisbuurt is under development and is changing into a contemporary car-free city district with an energetic appearance. When this part of Zeeburgereiland is fully developed, the island will seamlessly connect to the rest of Amsterdam, which will have a positive effect on the value of the district.
Zeeburgereiland combines a green and watery environment with an urban character. The Urban Sportzone offers free sports facilities (hockey, football, basketball, padel), including the largest outdoor skate park in the Netherlands. For your daily shopping you can go to Albert Heijn or, within cycling distance on the other side of the Schellingwoudebrug; Landmarkt, a supermarket that offers quality products directly from local producers. The neighborhood has a varied range of catering establishments, such as Bluey’s Coffee & Kitchen, the Baggerbeest, Kokomo, city beach Kaap, Toko Miko and the restaurant of Landmarkt.
The three characteristic silos on Zeeburgereiland have been given a new purpose under the name *De Drie Koningen*, where various catering establishments, an office space, a hotel, wellness and public roof gardens will be located in the course of 2026. There will even be a cinema opening here. For families there are excellent facilities, such as a primary school, 2 secondary schools, a daycare center, after-school care and various play and sports facilities for all ages.
A beautiful walking path runs along the Kea Boumanstraat along the IJ, with beautiful routes to the Oranjesluizen and Durgerdam. The Flevopark with the Nieuw Diep distillery is an Amsterdam gem in the direction of the Indische buurt, a trendy neighborhood with hotspots in Amsterdam. You can cycle there in 10 minutes. The adjacent IJburg district offers even more school choices and all the urban amenities one can expect, such as supermarkets, a weekly fresh market, various shops, hairdressers and of course the city beach where you can take windsurfing lessons, for example.
**ACCESSIBILITY**
By car you can reach the A10 motorway within 2 minutes, or via the Piet Heintunnel towards Centrum & Amsterdam West.
Since 2023 there has been a ferry connection between Zeeburgereiland and the Oostelijk Havengebied, which further increases the accessibility of the neighborhood. By bike & ferry, or tram 26 (at least 6 times per hour) you can reach the centre of Amsterdam within 15 minutes.
