De IJ-Loods has been designed by the German architectural firm CKSA, which explored how to create a true sense of home within the dynamic setting of the NDSM Wharf. The design of the quarter and the buildings combines urban energy with comfort and a sense of belonging: homes with beautiful views, carefully designed meeting places and abundant greenery.

Residential Offering MAST
Sales will soon begin for the first 24 apartments on the west side and one penthouse on the east side of the residential tower MAST. These are truly the gems of the project, where you can enjoy spectacular sunset views over the water from your own home.

Purchase Prices Including Luxury Finishes
Purchase prices for the three-room apartments start from €512,500, and four-room apartments from €660,000. The purchase price of the penthouse is €1,285,000. These prices are based on an annually indexed ground lease canon. When purchasing an apartment, buyers may choose between an annually payable indexed canon or buying out the canon for the current fifty-year period running until July 2076. The purchase prices include a generous kitchen allowance as well as luxury sanitary fittings and tiling.
Parking
The parking garage beneath De IJ-Loods will contain 70 parking spaces. Buyers of the first 24 apartments and the penthouse will have the opportunity to purchase a parking space.
