On the border of Amsterdam Zuidoost and Holland Park Diemen, Barrio Lobi is emerging, a new, sustainable residential neighbourhood with plenty of greenery, space and connectivity. At the end of the first quarter of 2026, the sale of the first phase of Ease will commence: 125 beautiful two- and three-room flats with lift and private outdoor space. The target price for an EASE flat is approximately € 349.000 v.o.n. excluding ground rent, parking and service charges.

The perpetual ground lease (General Provisions 2016 municipality of Amsterdam) applies. There is a choice between paying an annual ground rent (guide price approximately € 1.,680) or opting for a perpetual buy-out.

When sales of the flats commence, all documents, such as the final price list and technical information, will be posted on the website and you can register for the construction numbers of your choice. More information will be available when sales commence.

The expected start of sales for the 53 single-family homes is anticipated in the third quarter of 2026. You can already register your interest in these single-family homes at EASE-AMSTERDAM.NL.

A new, green residential neighbourhood
EASE is part of Barrio Lobi. This new neighbourhood will offer owner-occupied and rental homes for everyone: for those who want to live comfortably in a beautiful flat with a lift and for (young) families looking for more space in a beautiful family home with a garden. The plan for this new residential neighbourhood was developed in part through the participation and involvement of the proud neighbourhood.
