Viewings

Found a suitable property? Our support team schedules the viewings for you. We assess every home with a critical agent’s eye and advise on construction quality, legal details, homeowners’ association (VvE), leasehold, and potential renovation costs. All information is clearly summarized, and we give honest opinions so you can make confident decisions.

Step 3

Advice & negotiation

Still interested? We guide you on the best approach — whether to act fast or wait — balancing rational insight with emotion. We know nearly all selling agents in Amsterdam and maintain close contact with them. Finally, we negotiate and place offers at the sharpest edge, always in consultation with you and based on the latest market data and comparable transactions.

Step 4

Congratulations!

We guide you through the notarial process and ensure all paperwork is correct. If needed, we involve trusted specialists from our network, such as building inspectors. We review all deeds and check the property together one last time. Is everything as it was at the viewing? Even after the keys are handed over, we remain available for questions and advice. We take care of you throughout the entire buying process.
